Well, the Lakers took game one of the NBA Finals in convincing fashion tonight at Staples Center, routing the Magic 100-75. Kobe Bryant had an outstanding 40 points (a career playoff high) in the effort. The Lakers' big men played exceptional defensive against Dwight Howard, limiting him to 12 points in 1 for 6 shooting from the field -- no dunks.
