"Hi Cas - sorry if you get this message twice, wasn't sure if it sent before

I hope you don’t mind me contacting you, but I wnated to get in touch as I am coming over to Berkeley to do some filming and we're lookign for some basketball players which i hope you might be able to help with.

My name is Nick Miller, I work for a UK based TV production company called Pioneer productions –

We’re currently producing a new season of ‘How The Universe Works’ for the Discovery Science Channel, this is a space- science show and within this we’ll be visiting San Francisco to speak with physicists and astronomers concerning their research. With the season we will be focussing one of our episodes on the Sun and this is why I wanted to contact you as we have a great idea for an analogy which involves a basketball team.

We are speaking with a scientist called Alex Filippenko who is a professor from Berkeley University, with this we hoping to have a basketball team performing pass and move drills on a court to help explain how photons (light) travel through the sun’s interior. It should be good fun to film, we’ll be using glow in the dark basketballs and all sorts to make it look fantastic.

I wanted to ask whether ayou know of a few players who might be willing to help us with this.

Please do let me know if you might be able to help, it would be great to speak to you more about this.

    Many thanks,

    Nick Miller"
